Cellnetrix GmbH ist ein herstellerunabhängiges Software-Entwicklungshaus für Mikroprozessorchips / Security Chips und eingebettete Systeme im Bereich M2M-Kommunikation und IoT (Internet of Things). Wir entwickeln  Software in sicherheitskritischen Anwendungsfeldern und liefern unseren Kunden Betriebssysteme für Security Elements, innovative Applikationen und technische Leistungen.

Unser Team hat 14 Mitarbeiter und 2 Standorte: Hamburg und Zelenograd nahe Moskau.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Office Manager / Marketing Assistent.

Aufgabenschwerpunkte

Office Management

·       Erster Ansprechpartner für die Telefonzentrale und Kundenbesuche

·       Annahme, weiterleiten und führen von Telefongesprächen

·       Posteingang und Postausgang

·       Führen der Sekretariatsablage

·       Reiseorganisation, -buchung und -abrechnung

·       Führen des Urlaubskalenders und Abwesenheitskalender

·       Bewirtung und Betreuung von Gästen

·       Vorbereiten von Sitzungen und Veranstaltungen

Finanzbuchhaltung

·       Kassenführung

·       Einbuchen von Eingangsrechnungen

·       Abrechnung von Materialverkäufen

·       Überwachen und pflegen des Rechnungsplan

·       Übergabe der Buchhaltungsdaten an den Steuerberater

·       Schreiben und Überwachen von Mahnungen

Marketing

·       kontinuierliche Pflege und Aufbereitung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundendaten

·       regelmäßigen Kontakt zu Partnerfirmen und Agenturen

·       Gestaltung und Aktualisierung von Werbemitteln und Marketingmaterialien

·       Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft

Vertrieb

·       Unterstützung im Vertrieb und Mitarbeit bei Projekten

·       Bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen

·       Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Kundenangebote

·       Erstellung von Lieferscheinen und Warenversand

·       Warenein- und ausgang

Ihr Profil

·       ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium

·       sichere Deutsch-, Russisch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

·       analytische Fähigkeiten

·       Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Empathie

·       gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

·       gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

New position - Senior QA engineer

Cellnetrix is a developer and provider of secure embedded operating systems and applications for smart cards, M2M secure elements and trusted devices.
The company implements software on different hardware platforms and delivers industry-grade secure smart card operating system CellSIM OS, smart card-centric value-added applications, related middleware and software tools, provides technical consultancy and contract development services.
Cellnetrix has the main office in Hamburg, Germany and a development center in Zelenograd, a satellite city near Moscow, Russia.
We are looking for a senior QA engineer with experience in embedded and smart card technologies based in Zelenograd.
Responsibilities:

• Development of embedded and application tests, test reports and communication of test statuses and results
• Different tasks in the field of testing and quality assurance
• Analysis of existing standards, customer require
• ments  and  development of technical specifications, test plans , test coverage reports
• Definition of test cases, development of new automated test drivers, scenarios to test the software for smart cards and other platforms using the best practices in the industry.
• Running automated tests according to existing test plan and analysis of the results
• Stress, functional , regression and load testing
• Suggest process and test quality improvements.

Requirements:

• Academic Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a closely related field
• Experience in the field of smart cards or a related field ( MCUs ) for at least 3 years
• Minimum 5 year experience in the field of software quality assurance
• Programming skills using Java, XML / XSLT, Javascript in Eclipse
• Extensive knowledge of testing methods, practices, tools, test automation and methodology of testing: Unit- testing , black box / white box testing etc.
• A desire to work with a large number of telecommunication standards , as well as with standards in the field of cryptography and smart cards
• Good written and oral language skills in English: not lower than Intermediate level
• German language is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with developers, product managers and other team members
• Focus on professional growth in the field of testing and quality assurance
• Ability to do a long overseas trips to Western Europe and Southeast Asia
• Experience with version control systems : svn, git
• Superior analytical and troubleshooting skills

Cellnetrix announces a new milestone for its CellSIM Operating Sytem

November, 19^th, Paris. Cellnetrix announced today that its CellSIM operating system has reached a new market adoption milestone: the number of commercially supplied SIM-cards with embedded CellSIM OS for 2 consecutive quarters of 2013 has exceeded 10 mln. pieces quarterly.

CellSIM is a family of smart card operating systems based on Java Card and fully compliant with most international and industry standards such as ISO, Global platform, 3GPP and ETSI.

CellSIM Operating System is commercially available on 3 different semiconductor platforms: Samsung ARM SC100, STMicroelectronics ARM Cortex M3, Starchip Cortus APS3s and their derivatives. Customers are able to select among several chip suppliers and source directly from silicon manufacturers and their distributors.

The main business model of Cellnetrix is based on technology licensing approach which provides a high level of flexibility for different industry players. Smart card technology license includes a full set of product configurations, software tools and documentation. At the moment commercialized configurations vary from conventional 3G USIM 64K to advanced 256K USIM LTE products.

In addition, Cellnetrix offers a full technology escrow via an internationally acknowledged partner.

Technology licensing agreements are combined with support and maintenance contracts ensuring high level of technical support and evolution of the operating system based on an agreed road-map.

Customers looking for volumes, from small to moderate, up to a few hundred thousand pieces, may order them from the company directly. Higher volumes are available from Cellnetrix channel partners or chip manufacturers

CellSIM OS samples are available in several form factors such as wafer, 6 contact COB module, QFN8 chip module or standard (2FF), mini-UICC (3FF) or nano-UICC (4FF) test card.
